The rotary cutting machines used by most component manufacturers for cutting up panels place especially high mechanical stress on the boards, which often causes microscopic cracks at the solders. This decreases the lifespan of the board, or may even lead to its total malfunction. The use this technology was prohibited in the automotive industry for this very reason, among others.
We discarded the outdated technologies: We use a special router from the automotive industry to separate panel boards, which has no mechanical impact and ensures perfect results by excluding human factors. This is how we guarantee a perfectly flat, dust- and damage-free cut.
